Plan Your Visit Before You Pour
Mill 77 Brewing is situated inside a historic Amesbury mill building, with several nearby parking lots just a short walk from the taproom. Use this guide to find the easiest lot based on where you are coming from.
Lot 2 on Fruit Place is the closest option, while Lot 1 and Lot 3 offer additional nearby parking within about a one to two minute walk.
Three Easy Parking Options
Choose one nearby parking option below, then follow the walking directions to the brewery.
Behind Council on Aging
From Elm Street, turn onto Railroad Avenue. After about 200 feet, bear right. This road will take you to a lot with about 40 spaces located behind the Amesbury Council on Aging and connected to the local bus terminal.
Fruit Place
From Market Street, turn onto Fruit Place. After about 500 feet, there is a lot on the right with a sign on the telephone pole stating Mill 77 Parking. Use the stairwell at the end of the lot to enter behind the building, then take the elevator to the first floor and turn left. Mill 77 Brewing is located at the end of the hallway.
Water Street Municipal Lot
From Elm Street, turn onto Water Street. After about 300 feet, there is a large municipal lot on your left. The lot has two levels with additional entrances to the lower level further down Water Street. You can walk back to Elm Street and turn left, or cross the footbridge from the lower lot to the Council on Aging lot, then follow the pathway to Railroad Avenue and cross Elm Street to Mill 77.
Where Not To Park
Please help us be good neighbors and avoid parking in private lots around the brewery. Vehicles parked in restricted areas may be towed.
Private Lot at 79 Elm Street
Please do not park in the lot at 79 Elm Street. This lot is private property and is not available for Mill 77 Brewing guests.
Electrified Garage Parking Area
Please avoid the parking areas around Electrified Garage directly across from Mill 77. These spaces belong to a private business and are not public brewery parking.
