DDH Island Time | Sauced | Opacity | Faded Embers
Sauced - 8.2%
This Double IPA is everything you love about Island Time kicked up a notch. With an intense dry hop consisting of Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe hops, this Double IPA drips with bright mango and passion fruit aromatics. The palate is rounded out with strong orange and tropical fruit flavors, finished off with a big pillowy soft mouthfeel and a clean slightly bitter finish.
Back River Stout - 4.2%
The soft, creamy mouthfeel of this Dry Irish Stout is a product of the nitro-style pour. Watching the tiny, cascading bubbles gradually yield to a nearly jet black beer can be mesmerizing to watch. The resulting creamy, light brown head of foam lingers seemingly for days. The first taste brings roasty, almost coffee-like flavors and finishes dry on the palate. This classic stout is a perfect sessionable option for any time of year.
"All That" Trop - 6%
Part of our "All That" kettle sour series. This one brings waves of tropical vibes from the oversized helping of Mango, Guava, Pineapple and Passion Fruit.
Citrus Arcade - 6.5%
This juicy New England IPA is dry hopped with Galaxy and Citra hops. It features a soft pillowy mouthfeel with notes of peach, passionfruit and juicy citrus flavors.
"All That" Razz - 6%
Part of our "All That" kettle sour series. This one is aged on an obscene amount of raspberries.
Pumpkin Ale - 5.8%
What would fall in New England be without a delicious Pumpkin Ale. Our take starts with a rich, malty yet balanced base beer to which we add roasted pumpkin creating flavors reminiscent of fresh pumpkin bread. With a delicate touch, we add just enough seasonal spice to compliment the pumpkin flavor and deliver warm, cozy thoughts of homemade pumpkin pie.
DDH Island Time - 6.5%
We wanted to brew a special IPA to help celebrate our first anniversary. What better way to do that than to take our most popular IPA and pack even more awesomeness into it. You can expect all of the same juicy tropical character you're used to in the original while the double dry hop of Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe hops creates an even smoother mouthfeel that explodes with bright mango, peach and citrus. We hope you enjoy it and we thank you for a great first year!
Faded Embers - 6.5%
This American Red Ale features toasted malt flavors with notes of caramel and dark fruit. A firm bitterness perfectly balances the sweet malt base while the sizable late hop addition leaves you with hints of citrus in the crisp finish of this medium bodied ale.
Happy Hour Hero - 6.5%
Tropical aromas of pineapple and passionfruit give way to notes of sweet citrus and candied mango in this juicy New England IPA featuring Nectaron and Citra hops.
Republic - 4.3%
Our take on a light lager, Republic is easy drinking, ultra refreshing and totally crushable. Rather than brew a flavorless lager full of adjuncts we took a different approach. We started with our favorite German Pilsner recipe and managed to keep all the flavor in a lighter package. Enjoy this one any time whether you’re working in the yard, out on the boat or just kicking back with some good company.
Pitch Invader - 4.2%
English Bitter featuring rich, smooth malt and bright hoppy aromatics with herbal notes and hints of citrus. Fruity, yeast derived esters round out the palate culminating in a refreshingly dry finish.
Oktoberfest - 5.8%
Brewed in honor of the annual Oktoberfest celebration, this classic Marzen style lager features a deep amber color with malty aromas reminiscent of toasted bread. The first sip is ultra smooth with elegant notes of rich malt. The flavorful, yet crisp finish creates the perfect drinkable lager to help celebrate the season.
Continuous Monitoring #7 - 6.8%
For this New England style IPA we went away from our house IPA yeast strain and decided to experiment with a "new to us" yeast strain. For hops we used Columbus, Talus, Citra and a couple of experimental hops called HBC 1019 and HBC 630. Our experimentation was rewarded with a super juicy IPA with notes of citrus and stone fruit. Continuous Monitoring is our rotating experimental series.
