Set beneath a fluffy, off-white head of foam, the deep red, almost chestnut color of this Irish Red Ale is truly a sight to behold. The palate is dominated by a variety of malt flavors. Notes of caramel and toffee are nicely balanced by a light hop bitterness along with a delicate touch of roasted malt, helping to create a clean, smooth finish.

This unfiltered Italian style pilsner is dry hopped with Hallertau Mittlefruh and Saphir, which lends a slight haze to the beer. The addition of a moderate dry hop and more assertive kettle hopping results in an array of bright floral aromatics and refreshing flavors not common in other pilsner styles. Our American Brown Ale features a deep mahogany color with aromas of sweet malt and subtle citrusy hop character. Rich malt flavors with notes of chocolate, caramel and toast are nicely balanced by a generous dose of American hops leading to a medium dry finish and an exceptionally drinkable beer.

This Double IPA brings tropical aromas of pineapple and passionfruit which give way to flavors of sweet citrus and candied mango from the heaping amounts of Nectaron and Citra hops. So smooth you'll think it should be illegal.

Our French Saison has a complex flavor profile highlighted by bright citrus flavors and notes of peppery spice. The refreshingly dry and moderately hoppy finish make for a supremely drinkable beer perfectly suited for warm weather.
