Our Baltic Porter is both bold and silky smooth. It features a robust malt profile with notes of chocolate and coffee. Hints of roasted malt and a moderately firm bitterness keep this full bodied lager balanced and deceptively drinkable.

This Double IPA is everything you love about Island Time kicked up a notch. With an intense dry hop consisting of Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe hops, this Double IPA drips with bright mango and passion fruit aromatics. The palate is rounded out with strong orange and tropical fruit flavors, finished off with a big pillowy soft mouthfeel and a clean slightly bitter finish.

Part of our "All That" kettle sour series. This one is aged on an obscene amount of raspberries.

The blown cover left behind by falling Autumn leaves always gets us thinking about the darker, more malty side of things. Our American Brown Ale features a deep mahogany color with aromas of sweet malt and subtle citrusy hop character. Rich malt flavors with notes of chocolate, caramel and toast are nicely balanced by a generous dose of American hops leading to a medium dry finish and an exceptionally drinkable beer.

This American Red Ale features toasted malt flavors with notes of caramel and dark fruit. A firm bitterness perfectly balances the sweet malt base while the sizable late hop addition leaves you with hints of citrus in the crisp finish of this medium bodied ale.

Light bodied German-style Pilsner with bright floral aromatics, a touch of malt sweetness and a clean, slightly bitter finish.

This decadent pastry stout brings bold flavors of semi-sweet chocolate, smooth espresso and rich mascarpone cream. A small addition of lactose helps to create a silky-smooth mouthfeel and slightly sweet finish.

Our French Saison has a complex flavor profile highlighted by bright citrus flavors and notes of peppery spice. The refreshingly dry and moderately hoppy finish make for a supremely drinkable beer perfectly suited for warm weather.

New England IPA hopped with El Dorado, Amarillo and Mosaic. Sweet fruit, citrus and tropical flavors dominate the palate with notes of pineapple, peach and tangerine.
